Well, I went out to try landscape photography for the first time today, and I failed with great misery. I did so bad that I just turned them black and white and called it a day. And since I think Braineack is going to ask if the black and white fixed the suckiness, my answer is that it made me like them enough to not want to bin them anymore. What's the secret for the moving water? Is this normally shot when the sun goes down? I have no idea what I am doing.

Well, I didn't have enough time to drive to the falls today, so instead, I took a shot of a PVC pipe waterfall. I just couldn't get the exposure right.

And here is a picture taken with my phone showing my camera screaming for dear life.

I couldn't figure this shot out either. I either had too much bridge, or not enough bridge. Le sigh

Well the last one is just missing a couple of simple compositional elements really. Put three ticked off bears who just suffered through a home invasion, vandalism and robbery chasing the little female blonde offender across the bridge with the intent of catching her and maiming her. Bam. Perfect shot. Or in the French, Le Merde.

Next time, I'll see if I can recruit Goldilocks to model for me while three angry black bears that I paint brown chase her across the bridge.

Well if your going to paint them anyway go for pink. They'll "pop" better against the background, plus you get that whole "edgy/arsty" checkmark as well. Bam! Arteeeest!

Need a volunteer? I like pink

Oh wait, it's not *that* kind of photoshoot is it?

You never know what happens, but I'd rather do that before wrangling bears to paint them pink. It's also nothing unusual in the woods of Georgia. One of the guys' trial cams took pictures of some other guy in lingerie prancing around in the woods.

I have only been to Georgia once on business. What date was all that prancing going on? Just curious is all.:???::scratch:

Well, he does kind of look like you, JacaRanda. This was taken during the cold hunting season, I guess you could have been pale back then.
