I do a lot of rock climbing in Arizona so heights don't brother me.

Heck i climb cell towers all the time with climbing gear i get great shots on them.

The thought of FALLING from said heights…yep, that gets to me a bit. :lmao:

I refuse to even click the link, and I'm certainly not playing any of those videos! I get a little vertigo just thinking about it!

If you are that way, it's a good thing you didn't open it. I did and my stomach turned just looking at some of the pictures. Not sure that I could do a lot of those. Let alone take the photos.

What's wrong with falling? It doesn't hurt you, does it?

Of course not. And neither does the sudden stop at the end of the ride.



What hurts is your internal organs sloshing around during that rapid deceleration. THAT'S what hurts.
 
You would think heights don't bother me. I am perfectly fine looking 7 miles straight down from the cockpit, but standing on the edge of a 1000' building looking down....no way!

The only one of those that I've done is half dome in Yosemite. It is quite frightening. There's a feature at the top called "the diving board" that jets out and you can look down almost a full mile to the ground.
