What can happen when you eat in a restaurant near an open kitchen and have your iPhone handy. I didn't find out what the kitchen miracle was, but our meal was great. ( Our waitress told me the staff did not mind photos being taken. ) When I got this on the computer, it reminded me of that 17th century chiaroscuro style of painting.

Thank you! That was our first visit to a Tom Coliccio restaurant, and I couldn’t have been more impressed - and it was in a suburban mall on Long Island.
