The best PS CS3 plug-ins

I was mainly looking for a good plug-in for "film-like" b&W results. But if there are some other cool ones, I'm open to anything.

Define film like, because otherwise I'm just going to point to the film grain plugin already in photoshop. Mind you that plugin takes some mastering to get going properly.
