The Big Snapper!

I saw this turtle from a distance but it was facing into the sun. It actually allowed me to paddle my kayak to where the sun was behind me. As I paddled by I noticed this guy was over two feet in diameter not including its tail or head.

Hello Panda, One of natures more grotesque creations, I guess being that ugly just naturally makes you mean. On another subject I remember you mentioning that you had to have corrective eye surgery, did it go alright?

@OMP Ron - So far so good on the eye surgery. The doctor said it would take about 2 or 3 months to properly heal and so far everything seems fine. Thanks for inquiring!

Glad to hear things are going okay, and the turtle pictures are great but you have to admit that's a face only a mother could love.
