Not too sure about the cropping of this one, but as usual, good BW processing.

I like the tones and the conversion. The composition feels crowded and close.
Cloning out or burning her upper left arm behind the bow hand, as well as darkening the bright patch of shoulder would help I think.

Most women don't like seeing themselves with a double chin. I would try posing her a bit different (maybe raising her chin from the rest and stretching it just a bit) or shoot from a different angle. Unless she was actually playing at this time, in which case there was nothing you could do.
