The lighting is OK but I wish you didn't have two different color temps. The high pass filter is way overdone IMO. Also I'm not sure how useful an umbrella will be for diffusion when the light is that close.

The right eye looks weird because you lose the entire right half of the iris from the reflection of the soft box.

Constipation face?

The right is a bit too strong from the right side and not dark enough on the left if you are trying to create a dark core.
