I think it would "Pop" More if the greater part of the leaf is more towards the middle
But other than that, i think its great

Excellent concept; suggestions like projecting the leaf from one corner etc can be had; but even as such it is well appreciated

Interesting concept indeed! I like the shot as well but I do find the BG a bit distracting. My eyes keep wondering to the background
