the port costa warehouse and railway built over the water. in its hay-day, the largest ferry in the world docked here carrying trains across the carquinez straight to benicia. burned down years ago. this is all thats left.

Interesting, I like the exposure for the water and the wood's textures. It is at an angle which is just a wee bit uncomfortable.

Agreed, great picture I really like the water and the heavy contrast, really gives life to the concept of a dead, abandoned pier (or lack of life for that matter). Only thing I would improve is if the angle was just a bit higher like Trever Said. Overall, great picture.
