The Dune Variants

Lately I noticed that "Dune" is still getting buzz. I have been looking into the three "screen" variants for a couple of months now and I thought I'd post some root pointers to help people interested in the topic to get started:

Ironically, I cannot find my copy of the book, so I cannot comment with confidence about the accuracy of the various version. I can say that actually, I do like the all.

The David Lynch Dune is top for me. I was in the first grade when I saw it, and had Dune toys. Many of my favorite actors and awesome soundtrack. I watched it again after seeing Dune Part 2. The new ones don't compete with David Lynch.
