That is one fantastic shot.....the greatest thing about it I think is that you can't really tell if the light is going into or rather coming out of the church.....and the ray that goes straight into the angel at the top!! Wonderful!! : )

It seems not of this world, and appears to me as an effect that could only have been achieved with black and white photography. Truly admirable.

You are correct. The only way I could get the sunrays to really appear was to convert to black and white almost blow the highlights out making it a super contrasty photo. Now that my secret is out that I have to do a lot of work to my photos to get them to look good........ lol
