I like, however, I think it would also look good if you used the original, create a layer of just you and put over this one.
So you are not "edited" as much.

I guess its my age, but from the thread title I was expecting a shot of a woman's leg in a black stocking.

Its an interesting photo, but I too find it a little over processed.
