Surprise! I own the rights to both, but that didn't stop a local "photographer" from taking my photo, editing it (at ****ty facebook resolution), and reuploading it to his facebook 'photography' page without any photo credit, or even asking me for permission. First time I've had to fill out a DMCA Form from Facebook.

I've filled out the DMCA form, and sent him several messages informing him that he NEEDS to take it down.

Worst comes to worst, I find out where he lives and leave some flaming doo-doo on his doorstep.

Well the original had the person in the photo "tagged", he downloaded the image, edited, and re-upped. Then he tagged the same person...

Now he's taken the photo down, and sent me an apology. Along with asking me for tips on photography (specifically macro). LOL WUT.
