I think this is a nice series. Probably, #1, #2, #4, #9, #10, #11 are the winners for me.
Are some of these HDRs? Surely, you did a very good post-processing job. Nicely litten up the shadows or the darker parts of the photos: example #4 the bottom part of the photo. It's no natural, but I like that.
Oh my, when will that be?
Our skies have been JUST LIKE THAT for days and days and days (save on Tuesday morning, when it was blue-blue-blue - with nothing else going on, either, just the colour for a change. But this is just what I was going to comment on, i.e. the fact that the sky is ever so grey and grey and grey and cloudy and leaden grey as ours here  - and I admire you for going out and capturing it so well!
Now in order to get sky and ground so equally well lit ... did you create HDR photos or did you mask and change part of the levels?
spiffybeth, i went back out today but it was sooooooooooo cold and i noticed there was dust in my camera when i got out there, my hands were so cold i just didnt feel like dealing with it lol, but im deffenitly going to go back out with more time, i have a few from today that ill post in a bit.
LaFoto, hdr, and a few adjustments in photoshop.
