I am rather tempted to split the last one into two seperate images. Hmmm...?

Really?

Thease were my least favorites.

Glad you enjoyed them!

I'm in love with the second shot tbh. Nice work

I really liked the first one, but did not like the warm-toned treatment in the second image. I did not in fact really like the second image; the first image has that door, and that massive, institutional handle, and we're peering past the door and its handle, which adds a mental anchor point for the viewer (me); the second shot, well, I just do not think the warm-tone works as well as the colder-tone look of image #1. That's just my personal preference; for me, warm-toned photo prints are typically best for happier, or more 'positive' feelings, whereas cooler, or colder-tone photo prints convey more sterile, or barren, or desolate feelings.

I like the second one, but kinda prefer the B&W of the first one... Not really digging the sepia...

I'm going in on the second one. I would also like to see it in B&W.
The reason why I didn't pick the first one is because of the door. The door is very distracting to me and doesn't add any thing to the picture.

Thanks Derrel. The shot is peering into the room. The bottom part of the "frame" is actually the top of the stairs.

Thanks for all the comments. To reward you, here is number two, in black and white.

^ actually, i think the door is vital as it's telling part of the story. what the story may be will probably be deciphered differently by different people

Second is better for me, personally. It's a neat subject but the lights fade too easily into the ceiling for my eyes in both, but particularly in the first.

Still... neat.

I like the lighting in first and framing in the second... i too am disturbed by heavy doors
