The neighbor's kid

[The Barbarian]

Midland and Odessa are a pair of great horned owls who live across the street from me in a park. Every year, they raise a brood in the winter, and then head out to wherever in the spring. This year, they have two, and it looks like they're just about ready to move out.

Nice shots, seeing a lot of these recently on this forum. Am I the only one without a decent owl shot?

[BillM]

Nice shot, I really need to get out in the woods and look for some of these

No, you are not the only one. I'm on the same boat... I can't seem to find one in the wild...

I have never seen a owl in the wild in my life. I know they must exist. I just have never seen one.

Great shot!
Raj - no, you are not the only one.

Are you sure, I'm starting to believe those aren't just legends.
