There must be an old Fox theater in every town in America :

Hate that lamp post but I don't know if i can be removed, especially from the marquee.

The post isnt nearly as annoying as that leaning tower of building thats dropping in on the pic.

I agree with Bynx, the building that leans into the photo on the right is very annoying. It should be easy enough to remove.
