The old runway

In 1998 they moved the main airport of Oslo from 5 minutes’ drive from the center of Oslo to a place called Gardermoen – 60km north of the city. This picture is from the area around the old runway, today a recreation area.

I really like the angles here as well as the casting both light and shadows. I've always been to chicken to photograph the sun directly for fear of damaging my camera.
