The old train track

Section of old, overgrown railway line locally. Weather horibble, wet & miserable. poor lighting.

Concentrated on the track "cleats" & used a narrow DOF, desaturated colour on Elements 4.0 to try & enhance the derelict feel.

Wanted a typical 2 tracks parralel, but shot this through a double layer of iron railings so used a long zoom to get in close.

Very unique, most train track shots focus on the parallel tracks. I'm fond of old railroad shots.
