Seared on stove top and finished in the oven, side of shrimp and pasta in honey garlic white sauce topped with mozzarella cheese, ah....

Pretty well a snap shot but too good of an opportunity/meal to pass up

Perfect? Looks a bit overdone to me . 2 minutes on the grill, flip, 2 minutes, off and in my mouth

Mmmm, nothing better in this world than a juicy steak with mushrooms. Gonna have to go up to the father-in-laws and get him to butcher another one now, I'm out of steak!
