The Rook - (Corvus frugilegus) a member of the Corvid family and people in the know, say its a most intelligent bird

I shot this one in lovely early morning Autumn light - Sony a9 + Sony 600mm lens

Really a ugly but beautiful bird I think- other opinions are available

I guess so- its quite a large bird and nests in a commune ( Rookery) with dozens of other Rooks
