I like the second one better because the trees seem more involved in the picture instead of just "sneaking" in. The right side of the picture is framed nicely by the rock.

At first I didn't think your shutter speed was slow enough to capture a nice smooth flow of water like you have but I changed my mind on that.

I just wanted to include why I liked the second one as per the forum rules!

New England Moments, as per the forum rules, you should keep this thread to 1 image, unless you presenting multiple images in a theme. You didn't present these two images together as a series. I would ask that if you intend to post a second similar shot in the future, that you make a new thread for it. It becomes messy and difficult to follow when there are two images posted.
