I've often had those few shots that I've known I'd never ever share with anyone (well maybe anyone outside this forum :) ), but they were just good enough that stopped me from deleting them. I'm sharing some such pictures here, with the last one being my all time favorite shot, only if the light was a little better it would have been perfect :(.

I look forward to your thoughts and comments, and also encourage you all to share such photos which you think are special to you for some reason or another (I'm sure you all have some) but just not good enough to share. :)

#1. That's right, keep moving!

And now my favorite subjects, the Asian black kites:

I like the first one. I can almost see hiss muscles start to quiver as it begins to get yo it's feet.

The wrong hood all right, get out of there Raj ;) Great shot that one. #5 is excellent so no discard and not #4 or 6, 2, 1 and 3 :) :) You keep shots like these Raj, always.

All the best Raj and maybe just a tone down in the yellow department with the Lion.

Danny.

I love the last one best, Raj...I've been meaning to take a shot of the same poses in our sparrows here but we always seem to be driving very fast when I see them..one day....I hope.
Thanks Izziek, looking forward to those pics :)

So I guess #5 is discarded then
Thanks Danny. Yeah I too feel that the lion is a bit too yellowish. But the picture was taken when all I literally knew was to point and shoot. I edited it very badly in MS picture viewer and don't even have the original now, but I still love it! :-P

There is nothing to discard. All these pictures tell so much for you.keep them all

did you take all these with your point & shoot unbelievable!!!!

Thanks jkzo, yup these are all taken using SX50. But please don't judge me by these pics, there are better ones available on my flickr. :)

I was following you for the last one month. Very interesting of you. By the by I am eager to know whether you got the gear from Pixmedic?

lol.. Nice video Bill, but I really suck at making videos. I don't even have a tripod stand and even if I can manage without it I would need to borrow Derrel's vocal chords to make it sound even remotely good.
