Nice shot of a spoonbill! I've fancied trying to get a couple of shots of one, apparently there's some that frequent the North coast of Scotland, but they are not very common here

That looks like tough lighting (for me anyways) shadows and sunlight...great shot.

Thanks. It had pretty good light to start with so nothing in the shadows was extremely dark to begin with so that made it fairly easy to manage. I did bump the greens on the foreground a hair to make them a little more vibrant along with a slight bump in other colors to give it a little more pop. Some people may think the colors are too vibrant but I can't stand dull, flat colors. Not in this type of pic anyways.
