There was a little fire

Drive-by snap after a three-alarm fire (about 100 firefighters). It was determined to be arson and an arrest was made soon after the investigation began. The first floor contained a restaurant (where it was started) and a bridal shop. The suspect was an ex-employee of the restaurant.
