Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
but I did manage to get two shots off today with my new Nikkor 70-300 f/4-5.6G today. The same female cardinal, they are out of focus and I know that. They also have a branch infront of the main subject, but I figured Id share anyway. They were shot through a window and tree (as you can tell). It didnt help it was a very cloudy, cold (22F) day here today.

cool pics! Yesterday there was a bright red cardinal out in the field in front of our house but I was unable to photograph it :(

These were sized down from 12.3 megapixels by photobucket, so you can imagine the loss of quality with these ones. Mistake on my part.

Before you load them into Photobucket, make sure you re-size them yourself to a 800px-wide size, and then don't save them at fullest resolution but a little below. Then Photobucket will leave them alone.
For even the "bigger" versions that we can click to are small.
And with regards to bird photography ... this is about the kind of photos I manage to get, too. Those skittish creatures otherwise just prefer to fly away from me...
