Midland, and Odessa, the great horned owls, are back across the street, and it looks like they're about to raise another brood.
It's nice to go to sleep, listening to them hoot back and forth. This morning, before the sun came up , I was walking near the pond, and I saw two owl silhouettes against the eastern sky, with Venus shining between them. What a grand universe He made for us.
