Airport Security? V 2.0 Roller Camera Bag - Think Tank


414$. Does that pricetag not seem ABSOLUTELY ridiculous? Thinktank has profited well off knowing hobbyists will spend hand over fist to a hobby that's important to them. We're better off teaming up together and creating our own bag :mrgreen:

Considering that the purchaser will place $4,000 or more worth of gear in the bag, and assuming the bag will protect the stuff, the price doesn't seem out of line.

Myself, I use whatever cheap bag will work at the time.

Have you ever used or owned a Think Tank bag? This bag is my "daily driver" and I can tell you that it is worth EVERY PENNY! These are probably the best-built bags in the industry, and when I've got $10K or more in gear inside, I know that it's protected well. This is truly a case of "you get what you pay for"!

True that, I think that's the reputation that they use to sell most of their bags. I'm simply stating, that manufacturing cost wise, these bags cost them nowhere near that amount, and they surely COULD sell it at a lower price point, but don't, because of brand equity, and other things. I have the thinktank belt and several compartments, which yes, does wonders!
