Yeh , it was just an idea i was trying with a shot... Don't think its working as well as it should :thumbdown:

I dont think that is dirt, looks like it is a Mosaic glass piece but the Exposure settings were for the inside of the building instead of for the window, You should have exposed twice in this shot, once for the building and once for the window, or expose for the window and use 2 flashes on either side to fill the walls
