I really like shots like this - though I find ears to be a problem (to include or not is a big question I find - and often in the field I find that they get cut off beacuse one is focusing in on the head and eyes more than the ears)
Exposure looks good, though a few of the whites might be blown - however you ahve good exposure in the shadowed areas at the back. I think if you use the burn tool and also reduce the highlights using a shadows and highlights tool you can reduce the glare of the blown areas and thus reduce thier impact on the shot
