Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Well I am just starting out with doing portraits and shots of people rather then just nature =p I have a basic lighting setup that I have been using for pics of my friends but I was wondering if folks had any suggestions on how to find new models that do TFP style shots. I would obviously be up front about my lack of experience and would think it would be a good way for both me and a new model to build a portfolio. But I really don't have a clue as to how to go about finding models for this. Any suggestions?

In the UK there's loads of model agencies. They have details on the web about location and images of the models. Something like this (it's a quick google search on USA sites) http://www.modelingpage.com/index.html

Your options are many and basically up to you. Search Craigslist or place an ad. Hang up flyers. Get on myspace. Hand your card out. Personally I would go the Craigslist route.

LUV AND BASS

Onemodelplace.com is my suggestion to.
There's every level of photographers and models on there.
You can usually find someone who's also looking to expand their portfolio.

just a quick question.... does TFP mean Time For Photos ?

Time for prints. Means a model is looking for new shots of themselves. There are some people on onemodelplace with potential. Most of non-"commercial" ones have absolutely attrocious photos reminiscent of MySpace the movie.

Craigslist is great, although I approach NON models I know personally or through a friend, because they feel flattered, and thereby are more apt to take direction well and be appreciative of just prints!
