I'm quite new to Photography really , but I spent hours in the countryside with my dogs and really enjoy taking landscape shots but not with brilliant success , any tips please

For landscape photography, a good tripod can be your best friend. The obvious reason is that it allows you to shoot at just about any shutter speed and not worry about camera shake, which in turn allows you to shoot at just about any aperture that you want.

Another reason, is that it slows you down and almost forces you to be more thoughtful about your framing & composition.

Another good tip is to be mindful of the time of day (position of the sun). Since most landscape shots will be lit by the sun, the position/angle of the sun can dramatically change how the landscape will look. The usual advice is that the light is best around dawn and dusk, when the sun is low in the sky.

You need to work on your composition. Horizons are in the middle, and are crooked in some. They all seem to have been taken mid day which is not going to give you faltering light. The sky seems lifeless. And that frame around all of them is vary cheesy.

If don't have one already, look into getting a circular polarizing filter. They are great for landscape photos.
One of the main benefits is that a polarizer can help to make blue skies darker and deeper, which helps to make the clouds pop against them.

I'm not a fan of your treatment with the collage above. It's somewhat interesting to group 9 similar shots together, but it also takes away from any impact that the individual images have. I really don't like that you added a vignette to the collage....it doesn't seem to make any sense. I like the use of vignettes in landscape photos, but on the photos...not on a collage like this.
