To those in MA/RI (and alot of the Northeast); worst summer ever?

Seriously, what's up with this weather? It's foggy/cloudy/raining in the morning, clears up by afternoon, then rains again a little bit in the evening then back to just foggy and cloudy at night.

It's been a while since I remember this much rain! Plus it's ruining the light for taking pictures.

Really crappy before but getting better. June was one of the wettest ever and so far July has been the coldest ever in CT. We have been having record lows for the last couple of nights.
