Tokina 17mm f3.5 RMC vs SL?

Anyone know the difference between the RMC and SL versions? The only comparisons on the web I can find are for the AT-X and AT-X Pro. Thanks!

I recall the RMC is an earlier version. However, I think the differences (in terms of actual results) are minor and you would really have to look hard to identify any real-world differences.

I have the RMC and love it. It is truly a hidden gem. It was also sold under the Spiratone brand. For a full-frame UWA prime, it's a bargain.

ETA: You may want to post your inquiry at the Manual Focus forums, as well as this Pentax forum. Although they have had the question asked before, neither seem to have a definite answer. However, that doesn't mean your question won't produce one.
