Please give me your thoughts on how you feel my skin tones and overall tonal quality is in this image? I am trying something new (to me).

Looks great to me Trever, but I"m not a portrait guy

I think skin tones and color (white balance) in the photo are accurate to the slightest smidge warm -- perfect for the subject. The contrast is low overall -- enough to note, but again not inappropriate given the subject.

Thank you, yes, I like a certain degree of low contrast ;) There are 2 separate WB in this image, one global and one selective. Thank you!

I think it looks nice. The color palette is muted but there's enough contrast from skin to background to make it work. Very nice Bill!

IMHO, skin tone is nice by itself. However, matching it with a similar background can give the viewer the impression of a low contrast image. That's all personal preference though.

Not sure I understand, the background and her skin are different temps.

Her skin tone looks too orange. I LOVE that background location though! Excellent selective focus work!

I think the only downfall of this image is her clothing, but that's so subjective it may not be worth mentioning. It's just something I've started to think about a lot in my own photography lately.

The first one isn't AS orange, but I'd probably reduce it a little bit. I too feel the second is really a bit orange-even for a warm tone. The images both are gorgeous.

Wow, thank you! :)
