Great shot. I'm going to take a shot of the moon tonight weather permitting which is looking iffy. As Jupiter is said to be visible as well.

Something odd happening with the forum. I didn't see a picture (just an empty space), but when I clicked on it, it showed up.

Same here. Something about that upload - or link- is funky. Clicking on it shows the image but it's the Flickr page.

But - lovely shot! Jupiter was indeed right by the moon last night. A gorgeous sight.

Hmm. I did replace the original image on Flickr with a slightly better version but with the exact same name. It seemed to work from my view on this PC, but that likely is the issue.

It was a general overcast for Jupiter/Moon here

For me although i could see Jupiter capturing it and the moon would have made the photo to distant, now if you had a good backdrop etc it might have been worth capturing both in a shot.
