This is quite a soothing picture, though I can't think why. I kind of reminded me of those hurried pictures of people trying to catch a ghost, or something.

As for the border, I really can't comment. I'm crap at that sort of thing!

Ah, the ghost .. sorry, told him not to glow too much :shock:

I used a couple of those claps to hang the laundry to tight the curtains and get the reflection.
And like always, trying to improve composition ..
