Top 3d camera?

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope that you are all fine.
I have some questions for everyone: What is the top consumer 3D camera? I have found 2 that I have listed here, but I have some questions about them, but first, here they are:

1) Panasonic Lumix 3D 1
2) Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D W3

Does anyone know if these cameras can capture high speed video? If so, what is the format, the frame rate, and frame size. Thanks.

Which one would you get and why? Are there any others which you would suggest? Is there a 3D viewer that you would suggest, something that is somewhat portable would be nice. I know that with the Fuji you can view the 3D content of the camera's view screen, but so far, I am finding from reviews, the Panasonic is a better camera.
What would be neat, is if these cameras could produce a 3D panorama. Does anyone know if either does?

I'm not too sure. These cameras look like something for discreet and casual use. For high speed sports you need to look at the frames per second.
