TPF Ignore List

Have you populated your TPF 'Ignore List' ? Doing so is kind of a two-edged sword.

I tried it for a while, but found:

• I didn't get as many belly laughs as I roam the threads
• didn't have as many amazing stories to pass on to photographer friends
• and found myself wondering what new drivel, I couldn't see, was being posted

So, I 're-instated' several members I had previously 'ignored', to bump the OMG! quotient back up a notch. :thumbup:

I use it frequently, but sometimes I move people off. Doesn't help much because quotes aren't blocked.

I don't let things posted get to me... even if they are annoying.

Never seen a need to use it myself - not here or on any forum for that matter.

That and I hate things being all broken up - I mean how does a thread make any sense if half the replies are missing?/

Nope, no button.

Click on 'User CP' near the top middle of the screen. One of the options listed on the left under the heading "Settings and Options" is 'Ignore List'.

Click on that and you can add/remove a member's screen name to/from your list and you won't/will see any of that member's posts.

And this reply means: you're not on my Ignore List...................................................................................................................................yet!

Would you believe it, from what I recall the ignore list doesn't work for mods! How would we know what any of you were doing?
