Train Bridge

Hey guys, I haven't posted in quite some time, but I believe my HDR's have improved a bit.
Here is a photo I took of a local train bridge while standing in front of a waterfall. Please tell me what you think of my processing and composition. thanks

The foreground water, bridge and distant elements look blurry. I don't know if it's CA on top of the trees and around the bridge?

I would like to see the whole bridge photographed too.

The frame could be a bit wider and higher so as to include a bit more of the bridge. The reason I say that is because bridges are more interesting than water. I think there is too much blue in the rocks and water. Colors are unnatural.
