This is definately an interesting photo, the interaction with the lone man and the other two seems to be showing a lot of tension. There are just 2 minor things that i noticed; the top left highlight is a bit distracting and i wish the woman werent looking back at the camera.

I like the woman with her back to the camera. It has a great play with the one guy a lone and the couple. However, I agree...wish the light was not burning out the top edge.
