I like the choice of the black and white, but I'd like to see more details on the mountain. My preference would be to remove/crop the man-made (boat/people) stuff though.

I also think that the mountains need more detail. Like the bottom half where it is completely black. I think the boat in the background is distracting, but I really like the boat with the fishermen on it.

I'd raise the gamma/levels midpoint, from this (call it 1.0) to 1.30.

I would clone out the boat in the distance.... leave the one in the foreground. Lighten the whole thing up a bit, make it more contrasty... raise that light cloud to almost blown out...
