This is in the subfamily: Oecanthinae. I'm told they can give a painful bite with their mandables.

I very much dislike crickets. I don't think their noise is peaceful for any type of sleep. In fact their noise is highly annoying and I will not sleep until someone gives it the business. You do have a variety of inspects. Nice photo. =]
