Went to Boston earlier this month, and while in the neighborhood, we got in a couple of days on Cape Cod (or 'the Cape', as locals call it- per @SquarePeg). I had dreamed of an astrophotography tour, but the weather did not cooperate. Only got in one sunny afternoon followed by cloudy days, but here are a few of my favorites. Mixture of shots on my Nikon Z6 (24-70) and iPhone 14.

why is the white house blue. To much saturation? I like sisters/windmill. Also where is the water? Are these just buildings built for home owners remembering a far off place.

Thanks for looking. It’s a coast guard building. The shadows are a combo of tons of shadow recovery (3 or 4 stops) and yes, either saturation or vibrance. I’ll play with it a bit more. Sincerely appreciate the critical eye.

Nice collection. I like the wood trail.
Fortunately, the image doesn’t show the mosquitoes! It was approaching dusk and there were plentiful and thirsty. Thanks for looking and commenting!

Nice set! You managed some very nice scenes despite the weather. I haven’t been down there yet this summer. I usually try to get a weekend or two in after peak season ends on Labor Day.

This was a return trip for my bride & me. 38 years since we honeymooned there. We will not wait 38 years to go back! Lovely.

Nice ones.
