Reprocessed this one using photoshop curves tool to warm up the shadows. Appreciated the idea from @Woolsocks

Yeah big improvement over the original.

I think you could take it a step further. I'll attach the settings in camera raw (I imagine they're the same in lightroom).

I also used slid the temperature slider to the right and added a tint of purple.

I cloned out white fence. I found it distracting. Added more pronounced shadow (I think). And masked in your edit of building to keep building popping out. Burn tool > hedge and side walk after clone out of some stuff on path.
