Trip to Zion in the fall

These were taken a couple of days ago. Really a challenging environment to take photos with the huge dynamic range to deal with. These are bracketed HDR shots, as that is the only way I could get both the sky and shadows exposed somewhat properly. What an amazing place.

HDR? What setting and software did you use?
I was there in August and took tons of HDRs, seemed to turn out fine. Some of which I just tone mapped from one exposure.

I used Photomatix. I think these turned out fine, maybe you feel otherwise. I was just commenting on the challenge of getting a good exposure there in general with the light and shadows as strong as they are in the canyon.
