well the image is fine if not a bit low contrast but the clothing has me very confused?

Thanks for the feedback. The low contrast is an intentional look, along with the desasturation of the image. As to the clothing, it was something the stylist liked and decided to do. I like it.

I agree. It looks washed out, and leaves me "looking" for something. I think it would benefit from a little contrast.

Aside from the washed out low, contrast... I think it would look better if the subject had been placed on the other side of the frame giving him some where to look into. With the negative space behind him it takes away from the image. Also it might look better if the top of the head weren't lopped off.
