Trouble with shadows on face, how to process?

I am having trouble about how to handle a shadow on face

I normally use Lightroom 5.0, I also recently bought Perfect Photo Suite 7

You need to shoot with fill flash.

The trouble is actually two-fold.
You are talking pictures when the sun is strong overhead, casting huge shadows
Your on-camera flash just isn't strong enough to outblast the sun - and if it did, the faces would look totally washed out.

Get into open shade, wait until the sun is lower and, most important, actually look at the faces and look at the shadows before you stop shooting.
