Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
This is my first attempt at HDR. I bracketed 5 exposures -2 through +2 and processed them in CS5. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
John

Pick something (Like an architecture shot with indoor darkness and outdoor light) that has more deserving of a spectrum for HDR. This looks like you are getting an idea of whats going on, but the black and white + nothingness of the photo are bland for a HDR photo. Nice attempt all in all however.

The best way to experiment with HDR processing is to find a suitable scene with a respectable dynamic range. Like a building with a blue sky, or a tunnel of some kind. or a room with a window t the outside. Or something backlit. This scene doesn't really do well for experimenting with HDR, IMO.

There's plenty of shots available in the HDR Shootouts down in the HDR section.

Very poor scene to use HDR on. HDR does not work with every scene. It is meant to be used when you need to capture an expanded dynamic range that your camera is not capable of capturing in a single exposure. HDR will not make a photo better simply because its HDR. There is a halo around your subject, and that is a sure sign of over processing the image.
