It would be a great idea to get your monitor calibrated, the first color one is way too saturated. Also, be easy on the noise reduction, when it's on so high, it doesn't look right. Other then that, I woudlnt' worry about stray hairs, its' not like children photogrphy is high end fashion shooting.
